But as a Nutrition Specialist, I also know that every-body is different. We have different needs and cravings, different starting points and different goals. So, everyone would have different calorie and macro needs, according to their aims.


As a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, I worked with athletes, fat loss clients and all kind of fitness enthusiasts of different levels.

I'm a Sports Nutritionist, also a vegan athlete and I'll be able to deliver my best knowledge about plant-based nutrition and supplements, whether you are a long-time vegan or just playing with the idea. Yes! It's Possible!

I have specialised in athletic training and body transformations as I transformed my own and many others.

As a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, my job is to make you stronger, faster and more efficient in your sport. Whether that be running, jumping, swimming, olympic weightlifting or field-based sport like football, rugby, cricket and tennis. Let me coach you and get the same training like pro athletes.


Thankfully, we don’t have to stop personal training just because we cannot physically meet. Personal Training is personal because of the instant correction to your form, the real-time motivation, the workouts tailored to your needs, and because of the coach’s years of experience, this will save you months of trial and error.


Everyone has different goals and different situations. I can write a personalised workout and nutrition plan for you. Remember, a personal programme is made for you, it’s not something you can find online.
