For many of us, the gym is a huge part of life. Closing down training facilities will create difficulties for many people’s workout regime. As a fitness professional, my job is to improve people’s health, increase their performance, guide them to a sustainable diet, and help them recover from injuries. Of course, a closed environment with equipment is a great way to do that, but it’s not the only way. I would fail as a coach if I couldn’t do it without a gym’s facilities. I will still provide full service during these difficult times to make sure everyone receives all that I mentioned above.

Thankfully, we don’t have to stop personal training just because we cannot physically meet. Personal Training is personal because of the instant correction to your form, the real-time motivation, the workouts tailored to your needs, and because of the coach’s years of experience, this will save you months of trial and error.

Everyone has different goals and different situations. I can write a personalised workout and nutrition plan for you. Remember, a personal programme is made for you, it’s not something you can find online.
