Daily Mobility Routine
I think most of spending too much time in one position.
The more you are in one position the tighter those muscles get, while the opposite side becoming weak. This creates an imbalance in the body that can lead to pain, injuries and lack of mobility.
The less mobility you have, the less range of motion can you use to lift weights, which will lead to fewer gains.
I guess you see where I'm going to. It's all correlated.
