HIGH VOLUME TRAINING FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO TRAIN 4 TIMES A WEEK WITH THE MAIN FOCUS OF MUSCLE BUILDING
The routine runs 4 times a week, training LOWER-BODY AND UPPER-BODY twice a week.
The Rep-Up system is built to improve muscle endurance and reach more muscle break-down during the workouts than a strength programme. Every week you'll add an extra repetition to your sets using extended-set techniques to go beyond muscle failure. One of the toughest workouts for example when you have to squat 20 repetitions with your 10RM weight. It's Brutal.
This is a 6-week training programme, working out 4 times a week, using upper and lower routine, based on linear progression to build more muscle.
I guarantee you will make great progress with this programme. It calculates your working weights on each lift based on your 1 Repetition Maximum numbers.
