I always say: "You won't improve if you don't measure." If you've been training with me, you know, before I start teaching you I put you through a fitness test to measure your strength, mobility, agility and health. This is a very important part of your future development because I write your customised training programme based on your test results.
Everybody is different and everybody starts at a different level. We all have strengths and weaknesses and my job is to help you strengthing your weak-points to be better in your sport, increase your fitness level, prevent injuries and maintain or improve your health.
However, sometimes I can't be there to test your fitness, and that's why I created the Train Compleat Developing System. TCDS contains a deep, at-home fitness test, which requires minimal equipment to measure your health, body movement, athleticism, strength and endurance.
Once you tested your abilities the system will give you a result to compare your fitness with others. There are 4 levels. What is yours?
